The “Friends of the Lawrence Nature Center” is a community volunteer organization.   Please join us,we need your help and support!

The Friends of the Lawrence Nature Center (FLNC) meet at 7:00 pm on the second Wednesday of each month at the Nature Center. Please call the Lawrence Township Recreation Department at 609-844-7067 for schedule changes.

The LNC Education Committee meets the fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm at the Lawrence Nature Center. Check the attached for updates and details.

July 12 – Make the World a Battier Place
Learn about bats, their benefit to our
community and why it is important to
make bat houses by Aluen Tomat-Kelly
and Tashay Moore.

July 19 Wonder of Nature
Sonja Michaluk a young environmentalist
Will be talking about the waters in the
Mercer County Area.

July 26 Bamboo
Naturalist Dave Bosted will discuss the many
Uses and amazing properties of Bamboo
around the world. Did you know it is a woody grass?
